We utilise a bottom-up approach that engages stakeholders’ participation to access needs and to help organisations and governments develop the business case for projects and programmes based on the evidence regarding their benefits and profitability. Increasingly, organisations and governments face resource constraints and competition and must make informed decisions based on the right financial information and good judgement and not simply based on the emotions of desire to have. We also provide monitoring and evaluation services on projects and programmes and help to generate lessons and best practices that can be transferred to other projects and programmes.
